This Privacy Policy describes how Creator Index (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with https://creatorindex.social (“Site”).

1. Public creator data

The Site displays information about YouTube channels and videos that is already public on YouTube (e.g. titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and aggregate statistics). We obtain and refresh such data using the YouTube Data API v3 in automated batch jobs and store processed copies in our own database to power rankings and pages.

2. Data you send to us

If you use features that accept input (for example, search), we process that input to return results. We do not use it to build personal profiles for advertising.

3. Server logs and hosting

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may log technical data such as IP addresses, user agents, and request paths for security and reliability. Retention depends on our hosting providers’ defaults and our operational needs.

4. Cookies and local storage

The Site is designed to be largely read-only. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on core pages. Optional analytics, if added later, will be described in an updated version of this Policy.
